Amazon Shows Off In-Game Footage In The First-Ever New World Developer Diary

official New World launch date during The Games Awards 2019. This week, the studio is looking to stoke the fire with the first-ever developer diary for the 17^th century MMORPG.

The new dev diary features in-game footage which shows off various environments in Aeternum while also touching on the island’s supernatural properties as well as the game’s magic system, player progression, settlements, and PvE.

In a recent tweet, Amazon promises to release one developer diary per month until the game’s official launch in May with “supplemental information” released in between. “We've only just begun to pull back the curtain,” says the studio.
