Blade And Soul’s Slithering Shadows Update Adds A New Raid, New Items, And More

Blade and Soul servers featuring a reworked Soulstone Plains and a new 12-player raid called the Twisted Serpent Stronghold. The new raid is recommended for players Level 60 HM 24 and up. Valuable rewards are up for grabs for players who decide to venture into the new raid such as the Twisted Serpent Stronghold Gear and the Escape Artist Outfit as well as Legendary Dungeon Coins, Shadow Fury Soul Shields, and Ethereal Vials.

“A new danger is on the horizon! While the exact location of the Twisted Serpent Stronghold has long been hidden, in the mountains near Zaiwei, the Twisted Serpent Clan is now under attack as a dark secret threatens to divide the new Masters. Defeat the two raid bosses in the Twisted Serpent Stronghold and face an even harder challenge in the Serpent’s Den! Are you ready to test your strength?”

The update also kicks off four new in-game events, including the return of the Call to Arms event where players will get the chance to earn high-tier upgradable equipment and upgrade materials. Successfully upgrading weapons to Thornbreaker – Stage 6 during the event unlocks a new set of rewards. Players can also claim a free Call to Arms Bundle from the Hongmoon Store containing an event token and a variety of equipment chests. The bundle can only be claimed once per and will be bound to the character that claims it from the store.

In addition to the new raid and events, the Slithering Shadows update also introduces a new raid weapon, new mystic and soul badges, new Splendor Stones, a new Amulet, a new Soul Shield, and more.
