Declaration Of Refund To Be Added To Chronicles Of Elyria Lawsuit

Chronicles of Elyria backers are continuing their fight against Jeromy Walsh and Soulbound Studios with the addition of a declaration of refund to the lawsuit. The latest update comes by way of the lawsuit’s official Discord channel.

“Between now and a week from now the lawyer will type up that we all want refunds and ask us to sign a declaration stating that. The lawyer will provide that declaration to us, most likely in electronic form. In addition, the lawyers intend to file the lawsuit this month following Xsolla and [Soulbound Studios’] refusal to accept responsibility or issue refunds as demanded in the pre-litigation letter.”

of the class-action suit also said that they will be pursuing the lawsuit regardless of Walsh’s insistence that development continues on the game. “Regardless of the state of the game (as alluded to by Jeromy in his recent updates) the lawsuit will go forward,” they said. “This will likely get us access to a lot more behind the scenes information about the true status of the game.”
