New Astellia Online B2P Packages Earn The Ire Of Founders Pack Owners

Astellia Online officially launched but Barunson E&A is already under fire from the game’s community. The issue stems from the new buy-to-play packages that Barunson recently introduced to replace old Founders Packs. Apparently, the new packages are better than the Founders Packs and are being offered at a cheaper price resulting in a flood of complaints from Founders Pack owners.

According to a thread on the official forums, the new $80 Deluxe Package offered more in-game buffs for a longer period of time and more warehouse storage space than the $100 Founders Pack. The new Deluxe Package also includes the Ring of Exploration, an item that automatically collects nearby loot, which, according to some of the community, was supposed to be exclusive to the top-tier Founders Pack.

There are, however, a few of the community who feel that the exclusive mount and armor skin, the free subscription time, and head start access were enough to justify the higher price of Founders Packs and that everything else are just bonuses. Unfortunately, the vast majority of the community still believe that they’ve been ripped-off.
