Overwatch 2 Celebrates Halloween With A Limited-Time Co-op Mission And Double XP
Co-op might not be coming to Overwatch 2 until next year, but Blizzard is giving players a taste of what’s to come with a limited-time Halloween-themed co-op mission. Dubbed Junkenstein’s Revenge: Wrath of the Bride, the new mission continues the original Overwatch game’s Dr. Junkenstein Halloween saga and pits players against his vengeful creation, the Bride of Junkenstein.
“Return to Adlersbrunn alongside four fresh faces to experience an all-new story as the Bride of Junkenstein seeks vengeance upon those responsible for the death of her creator,” Blizzard wrote.
The event mission will be available until November 8th, giving players a chance to earn seasonal rewards by completing various challenges, including the Jack O’ Lantern weapon charm, the Nightfall Over Adlersbrunn name card, Battle XP, and other spooky rewards.
Players can also look forward to double match XP this weekend, October 28-31. Event details can be found on the Overwatch 2 official site.
