The Blade And Soul Steel Upridate Goes Live On April 22
Blade and Soul goes live on April 22nd with the release of the Steel Upridate. The 12-man raid is recommended for level 60 players with a Hongmoon Level of 24. Players must also have completed the Silversteel Chapter 5: Steel Trap Quest.
“Despite the defeat of Kolossos Prime, the Silversteel continue to be a threat to the Talus Dominion. Nuya and her unrelenting efforts managed to secure a blueprint of a behemoth ship from a defected Silversteel soldier. More clues about the ship, the Steelbreaker, must be found in order to find the Silversteel leaders, Zinji and Hyon, and bring an end to the uprising. Completing the final chapter of this side quest and you’ll rewarded with the new 'Metal Head' head adornment!”
Players who successfully complete the raid will have the chance to pick up a Silversteel Earring, Silversteel Ring, and Steelbreaker Soul Shield. PvP accessories are also up for grabs including the Moonrise Bracelet and Vindicator Gloves.
The update will also tweak the way lower-tier accessories are upgraded and the costs needed to upgrade them. “The goal of these adjustments is to ease the acquisition of older items, as a new tier is being introduced,” says NCSoft. “And, based on your , we’ve taken a look at the Honing Oil system, and will be announcing some significant improvements very soon.”
