KRU Interactive is an MMO developer and publisher that self publishes their own games. They were originally a part of Nexon under the name 'Nexon inc' which was founded in 1993 by Sang-Baek "Scott" Lee.

KRU Interactive is a fairly small publisher who despite their small size managed to create award winning online games. KRU Interactive, when still part of Nexon, helped pioneer graphical MMORPGs with the release of Nexus in 1997. As time went by the company started to become more independent and in 2005 they purchased the US rights to Nexus to become an independent company, still under the leadership of Sang-Baek "Scott" Lee. They also retained the rights to publisher several other titles previously owned by Nexon Inc. Unsurprisingly, due to their size they have not managed to replicate the success of their previous company who is currently one of the biggest players in the F2P MMO game. As a way to increase their success, KRU Interactive is planning to release browser games soon and also has plans to create a mobile game platform to increase the level of social competition.
