Sea Of Thieves Rolls Out The Final Chapter Of The Monkey Island Tall Tales Adventure

Sea of Thieves players can now embark on one final adventure with Guybrush Threepwood on Monkey Island to finally confront his ghostly captor, LeChuck. The final installment of The Legend of Monkey Island Tall Tale trilogy, dubbed The Lair of LeChuck, sends players to the eponymous island where they’ll need to complete various challenges and make their way through a maze of catacombs to get to LeChuck’s lava-filled lair.

“After taking a few weeks to recover his strength and plan his attack, Guybrush is finally ready to take on his nemesis – with your help. Set sail once again into the Sea of the Damned and follow LeChuck’s trail to the fabled Monkey Island, but beware! Finding the dreaded ghost pirate will be no easy feat…”

The Lair of LeChuck is a good way to the time until the Season 10 update arrives with its guild system and the Skull of Siren Song dynamic event. Later in the season, players can also expect the opening of Sea of Thieves’ new Safer Seas private instanced servers.
