Starbreak is a free to play side scrolling MMO shooter developed and published by one of the co-creators of Realm of the Mad God. Similar to Realm of the Mad God, Starbreak features permadeath alongside fast paced and fun gameplay. The game promises no "grind", but given the severity of death, players will find themselves grinding the easier stages to gain powerups before advancing to the more difficult ones. So there's still some grind.
