Albion Online’s Guild Statues Have Come To Life For Its 5th Birthday

Albion Online is celebrating its 5th anniversary with a weird but definitely unique event that brings the game’s commemorative guild statues to life. As part of the Living Legacy event, player-designed guild statues are now rampaging through Albion as open-world bosses that are out to kill anyone who comes close.

“Albion's past has come to life! On the eve of Albion Online's fifth anniversary, statues of seasons past have awakened and can be found across the world. As they were created as tributes to conquerors, these statues are hostile and will employ a wide range of weapons and magic against those who cross their paths.”

The statues can be found in all Tier 5 open-world zones or higher and come in three difficulties that increase in size, strength, and rarity.

  • Construct of the Ages: These mid-level statues carry riches to be claimed, and do not appear on any map. They can be defeated by solo adventurers or small groups.
  • Colossus of the Ages: These higher-level statues are visible on the local map while in the same region, and carry far greater riches than Constructs.
  • Titan of the Ages: These very powerful statues are visible on the world map up to three regions away. They're best challenged as a group, but offer even greater chances to claim unique rewards.

Defeated statues have a chance to drop various tradable rewards, including a buff-giving Anniversary Cake, the Chromacannon vanity weapon skin, the Turquoise Anniversary Banner, and the Fifth-Year Horse mount skin. Players will also get to claim non-tradable a non-tradable Fifth Anniversary Avatar and Ring by simply logging-in during the event.

The Living Legacy event is now live and will run until 3 a.m. PDT on July 28th.
