Albion Online’s New Fresh Start East Server Now Open To Founder’s Pack Owners
Albion Online players who purchased the new founder’s packs can now begin their new adventures in the newly-opened Albion East server. The new server is recommended for those located in Asia and Oceania, but there’s nothing stopping you from starting fresh there if you don’t mind a bit of lag.
“Along with offering a new start in Albion, the new server offers faster connection speeds and optimized event times for players throughout the region,” said Sandbox Interactive. “The game’s original server, now called Albion West, remains active, and both servers share the same free-to-play model with an optional per-character subscription. Players can use one to access both servers. The servers are not region-locked, and all players worldwide are free to play on either or both. Both servers have the same game client and game content.”
Those who’d rather not purchase a founder’s pack will get to jump in on March 20th when the new server officially opens its doors to free-to-play players.
