Destiny 2 is kicking off its regularly scheduled Guardian Games event tomorrow for some Olympics-styled friendly competition. The event will follow the same formula as those from previous years, with various challenges to complete, medals to earn, and a weekly class-specific leaderboard to climb for a chance to snag exclusive loot.

Apart from the medals and bragging rights, participants will also be able to earn a gnarly hoverboard mount known as a skimmer, which you’ll be able to do sick tricks with. Why else would you want a hoverboard?

The Guardian Games Skimmer can be acquired by completing the event’s tutorial and a specific quest. After that, it’s yours to keep forever. A weapon-themed variant can also be purchased from the cash shop if you don’t to jump through all the hoops.
