KartRider Rush+ Season 30 Brings New Karts, Tracks, and a Hyundai Collaboration
NEXON’s mobile racing game, KartRider Rush+, has launched its Season 30 update, titled “World 2”, featuring new karts, characters, tracks, and celebratory events. The update also teases a collaboration with Hyundai Motor Company, marking a return to this partnership for the first time since 2020.
For those unfamiliar with the KartRider franchise, think Nexon's version of Mario Kart.
While KartRider has been a smash hit in South Korea, it hasn't seen nearly as much success in the West. Still, Nexon has been regularly pushing out updates for the game to try expanding its popularity internationally.

- New Highlight Karts
Players can now race with eight new karts, including:- Mantis Sentinel and Mantis Spirit (highlight karts)
- Five item karts: Black Tortoise, Dragon Wagon, Cloud Hot Air Balloon, Food Truck, and Lolly Lapper
- Three speed karts: New Wind Edge, Venom Blitzer, and Shadow Fox
- Exciting New Tracks
- Tour of Italy (World) track is now available.
- tracks: Brodi's Factory Fury (Factory) and Globesprinting.
- Dynamic Playable Characters
- Meet new racers: Ren, Party Girl Chen, Tour Guide Dao, and Explorer Bazzi.
- Enhanced Customization Features
- Secret Shop: Purchase exclusive outfits after unlocking highlight karts.
- Outfit Dye: Customize outfit colors for a more personalized experience.
- Special Events
- Unlock rewards like the Origami Driftmoji and Hot Air Balloon Balloon in the World 2: Time to Warm Up! event, running until January 27.
- Trade Season Coins at the Season Exchange until March 10 for outfits like Desert Explorer Ethen, Desert Nomad Outfit, and Noblewoman Outfit.
- Hyundai Motor Collaboration
Starting January 24, players can visit the KartRider Rush+ Facebook page to claim the IONIQ 9 Kart (7-day) and IONIQ 9 Smart Keys. Smart Keys can be traded for exclusive collaboration rewards, which will be revealed during the event.
