Nexon Announces Sudden Attack Zero Point, a Free-to-Play Tactical FPS Launching on Steam in 2025

Nexon has officially unveiled Sudden Attack Zero Point, a modern reboot of its classic tactical shooter Sudden Attack, first released in 2005. The new title will launch later this year on PC via Steam as a free-to-play first-person shooter with an emphasis on fast-paced gunplay, classic competitive modes, and robust weapon customization.

Sudden Attack was one of the early pioneers of online tactical shooters in Asia, known for its snappy movement, bomb defusal modes, and tight team coordination. It was sort of the Counter-Strike of Asia (along with CrossFire). Zero Point reintroduces the series to a global audience with overhauled visuals, a redesigned loadout system, and new social and economic features.
