Path of Exile 2, Path of Exile Mobile, and 2 Big Path of Exile Updates Announced at Exilecon
Big news for fans of Path of Exile. During the game's annual Exilecon the company revealed Path of Exile 2, a sequel to the popular action RPG. That's not all though. They also revealed Path of Exile Mobile as well as the new Metamorph League and the Conquerors of the Atlas expansion. Firstly, it's worth pointing out that Path of Exile 2 isn't 'exactly' a separate game. It introduces a new 7 act storyline that's alongside the original Path of Exile campaigns. Both the old and new storyline lead to the same shared atlas End Game. In the game's own words:
"Path of Exile 2 is a new seven-act storyline that is available alongside the original Path of Exile 1 campaign. Both the old and new storyline lead to the same shared Atlas endgame. Path of Exile 2 retains all expansion content that has been created over the last six years and introduces a new skill system, ascendancy classes, engine improvements and more."

Path of Exile: Conquerors of the Atlas Expansion Trailer:
Conquerors of the Atlas is the latest expansion to Path of Exile and is launching on December 13th for the PC and a week later on Xbox One and PS4. It introduces the following:
- 5 New endgame bosses
- A new powerful class of gems
- A rework of bows
- New items
- New Atlas mechanics
- and much more

Path of Exile Mobile:
There's not too much information out there about Path of Exile mobile yet, but Grinding Gear Games has promised that the mobile version will deliver a 'complete Path of Exile experience' and 'no pay-to-win elements'. It'll be developed in-house at Grinding Gear Games. (You hear that Blizzard? You should develop your own mobile games instead of licensing them to Netease or other Chinese game developers).

Path of Exile: Metamorph League Trailer
The new Metamorph League will introduce the following:
- A new NPC, Tane Octavius
- Catalysts (A new type of currency that adds quality to jewelry)
- New endgame bosses created by collecting samples from maps
The Metamorph league is a part of the larger Conquerors of the Atlas Expansion which is launching on December 13th for the PC and a week later on Xbox One and PS4.
