Pax Dei Celebrates The First Year Of Its Official Announcement With More Screenshots

Since Mainframe Industries first unveiled Pax Dei last year, the studio has been treating fans to a regular barrage of screenshots showing off its Unreal Engine 5-powered visuals. The screenshot parade continues on Discord as we mark the first anniversary of the multiplayer social sandbox game’s official announcement.

The new screenshot collection offers an early look at several work-in-progress items and structures including crafting benches, tableware, a windmill, and very early greybox versions of caves and new building pieces. The team also showed off recent improvements made to lighting and inter-biome transitions.

“Today marks one year since we unveiled our epic journey together, and what an incredible ride it’s been,” Mainframe Industries tweeted. “We would not have made it without you, and we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. From the initial announcement to our first public test, every interaction with our amazing community has been a wonderful experience.”

“More excitement is on the horizon, starting with our second public Alpha test,” the team added. “Thank you for your unwavering – let’s continue to spread the Pax Dei spirit together!”

No timeline has been given for the next Alpha test, but it can’t be long now since its nearly been four months since the first one. We’ll keep our ears to the ground.
