PlanetSide Arena Launches into Early Access to Mixed Reviews

PlanetSide Arena launched into early access on Steam as a free to play game earlier this week on September 19, 2019 and currently has 'PlanetSide 2, meaning it focuses more on the core gameplay and combat than the MMO territory control elements. It features traditional FPS game modes like deathmatch, capture the flag, etc. It's a multiplayer class-based arena shooter that looks and plays like PlanetSide 2. Since launch earlier this week the game has been averaging ~788 players online at any given time, which certainly isn't bad, but it seems a bit weak for launch.
