PUBG Mobile Permabans Over 3.8 Million Cheaters And Hackers
The cleansing took place between June 18 and June 24, that resulted in a surprising number of s being permanently banned from the game, 3,884,690 to be exact.
According to the update on Twitter, the main reasons for the bans were modification of character models, speed hacks, x-ray vision, modification of area damage, auto-aim, and other hacks.
While banning over 3.8 million s seems like an impressive feat, it also reveals how rampant cheating is in the popular battle royale shooter. Plus, being a free-to-play game, there’s really nothing stopping banned players from creating a new to once again ruin the fun for other players.
