Rumor: Starbucks To Turn Into Pokémon GO Gyms/Stops, Offer A Themed Frappuccino

A leaked Starbucks promotional image details an Pokémon GO campaign, turning Starbucks's across the country into Gyms or Stops, and debuting a Pokémon GO themed Frappuccino. The top of the image says "Confidential" in bold red lettering. Guess that didn't work.

The image has been released thanks to Reddit, the work of an intrepid Starbucks employee—who is also, likely, a Pokémon GO player. The event is set to coincide with a new GO update on December 8th; this news was not meant to break until the same day.

Rumors that business and GO would collaborate have circulated since the game debuted. So I'm not surprised to hear about Starbucks' participation. I wonder what businesses will be next.
