RuneScape Mobile Arriving On June 9, Old School RuneScape Gets New Theatre Of Blood Content

Now that the lockout box has been sorted out, RuneScape and Old School RuneScape. Before we get into that, the studio has also just announced the release date for RuneScape Mobile.

The mobile port of the long-standing MMORPG will be coming to Android and iOS devices on June 9 featuring full cross-save . Players will be able to switch between playing on PC and on their mobile devices and will be able to keep their progress on both platforms. The mobile version also touts new controls and UI specifically designed for a smoother gameplay experience even on a smaller screen.

Meanwhile, the studio also rolled out new Theatre of Blood content in Old School RuneScape which includes a new quest called A Night at the Theatre, two new difficulty modes, and tweaks to the arena’s hard mode. The studio is also gearing up for the release of the A Kingdom Divided questline later this month with a preview of the changes coming to the world map.

Over at RuneScape, the Battle of Monolith enters its second week with brand new content and new background lore. There’s also new Yak Track rewards, a new store, and the usual array of weekly fixes, tweaks, and changes.
