Blizzard Is Removing Honor Decay In World Of Warcraft Classic Effective Next Week
World of Warcraft Classic is updating its PvP Honor system to significantly cut down on the grinding needed to maintain your Honor rank.
In its current state, Honor ranks decayed over time which means that you have to constantly grind out Honor Points if you want to continue using your hard-earned PvP gear. It should have been one of things removed as part of the Honor System revamp earlier this year, but unfortunately remained untouched by the update.
The seemingly never-ending task of maintaining your rank will soon be a thing of the past as Blizzard announces the removal of the tediously troublesome mechanic after the weekly maintenance downtime on December 5th.
You’ll still lose Honor Points from Dishonorable Kills but you’ll no longer be required to grind a minimum amount of points per week to keep your character’s rank up. That’s one less thing to worry about as Cataclysm Classic looms on the horizon.
