Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis Launches Hellfire Vanguard Update

Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis launched its highly anticipated Hellfire Vanguard update today which increased the game's level cap, introduced a new region, added new weapons, and more.

• New level cap - Level cap increased to 70 along with new skills for every class.
• New story content - chapter 4 has officially launched along with a new open field (the Stia Region)
• New weapons - New 8-star Rarity Effulgent and Kouklophis weapon series.
• New Battledia, Urgent Quests, and more
• New scratch ticket - it wouldn't be a proper PSO2 update without new sratch tickets and cosmetics! Christmas themed cosmeitcs are launching later this month (December 14th).

While Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis isn't a massive hit in the West, the game is still pretty popular and peaks at over 5,000 concurrent players on Steam. If you've never played it, it's well worth checking out.
