Prop Hunt-Styled ‘Halloween Event’ Is Now Live In Swords Of Legends Online
Halloween is in the air MMO fans and Swords of Legends Online has begun their first-ever Halloween event, called, wait for it… Halloween Event, just a few days before the real-world festivities begin. As unimaginative as the name may be, the Chinese fantasy MMORPG’s take on the western world’s spooky holiday is certainly one of the most interesting ones I’ve seen this year.
“Become the hunter or the hunted in an all-new in-game activity! In this 3v3 game of hide-and-seek, players must use their ability to fly and to transform into objects and blend into the environment as pumpkins in order to outwit the hunter team. But fear not – those who take on the role of the hunter won’t be easy to evade, thanks to special long-range attacks and detection skills. The team that manages to stay hidden until the match ends – or when all the pumpkins are uncovered – will receive Halloween Event Tokens that can be exchanged for chilling rewards!”
Aside from their own version of Prop Hunt, the Halloween update also features the addition of new gothic capes and Extreme difficulty versions of the Ice World and Ruins of Nuowu raids. The new Halloween-themed Embrace the Night costume is also available now in the cash shop.
