PSO2: New Genesis Adds New Tasks, Kicks Off 2nd Anniversary Twitter Campaign

Sega is paving the way for Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis’ big quality of life update next month with a smaller patch with new content that should keep players busy until the update’s release. The patch introduces new daily, weekly, and limited-time Tasks and new Dread enemies that will be spawning in various zones until April 5^th. There’s also a new Flappy Clan AC Scratch Ticket for outfit collectors to enjoy.

Meanwhile, the team is celebrating the game’s 2^nd revamp-slash-relaunch anniversary with a retweet campaign on Twitter which will be running from now until April 5^th. Item codes will also be posted on the game’s Twitter page at set dates until April 3^rd. The codes can be used to claim various rewards such as Augment Capsules, Photon Scales, and more. The team will also be increasing rare drop rates from March 30^th through April 5^th to celebrate the occasion.
