Starbase Early Access Launch Set For May 2021, New Video Shows Off Atmosphere For Moons And Planets

After being delayed last year, sci-fi space-building sandbox MMO Starbase is finally ready to launch into early access. Developer Frozenbyte has announced a May 2021 release window on Twitter and promises to reveal the exact date sometime next month.

Starbase was first announced in 2019 and was initially slated for an early access launch in first quarter of 2021 to add more gameplay elements such as fast travel and a player-built economy.

The studio has also released a new spotlight video showing off moon and planet atmospheres, day/night cycles, as well as a quick look at gas refineries and the use of gas in crafting. You can check that out below.
