Swords Of Legends Online Opens New Ruins Of Nuowu And Ice World Raids Today
Chinese fantasy MMORPG Swords of Legends Online is getting more endgame content today with the opening of two more raids: Ruins of Nuowu and Ice World.
Ruins of Nuowu will test a group’s teamwork, coordination, and multi-tasking skills as they go up against the Plaguebringer, a boss with the ability to split the battlefield down the middle. Players must alternate between both halves to acquire different buffs while also keeping track of Plaguerbinger himself.
“The entrance teleportal to this raid is hidden within the Shanghuai Grassland – talk to the Ruins of Nuowu Tutor Ji Hongshuo near the entrance to the Raging River Ruins to get access to a special zone containing the entrance teleportals.”
Ice World, on the other hand, will feature an ice-shattering Jadewater Spirit with character-linking and position-focused abilities.
“The entrance teleportal to this raid is in the Baxian Plateau, right at the Rain Prayer Platform. Both an easy and normal difficulty are added, each featuring one boss encounter to challenge between 10 and 20 players!”
According to Gameforge, the new raids will be the last normal type raids that will be added into the game for the next few months. “From now on, the difficulty will go up!” teases the studio.
The Ruins of Nuowu and Ice World normal modes will go live today at 12nn server time while the easy modes will be available starting this Sunday.
The team also teased what appears to be new endgame content coming to the game in September. “[. . .] Next month the developers and Gameforge are preparing to bring even more fresh challenges to the game,” read the announcement. “There are rumors of an updated roap based on the community’s calls for even more challenging content for the thousands of players who have already reached the maximum level on their adventures.”
The full patch notes are available on the Swords of Legends official site for your reading pleasure. There’s also a new trailer waiting for you right down below.
