VR MMORPG Ilysia Concludes Kickstarter Campaign With Nearly $160K In Funding
Team 21 Studio’s VR multiplayer online RPG Ilysia has concluded its Kickstarter campaign just shy of $160,000. That’s nearly $100,000 over their initial funding goal of $60,000 which means that several stretch goals have also been unlocked over the game’s 30-day stint on the crowdfunding site.
Unlocked stretch goals include additional starting races, multi-rider mounts, more starting zones, a pet breeding system, advanced pet leveling and skills, a battle royale mode, mount inventory, mount breeding, full-body tracking, airships and naval combat, a PvP Honor and rewards system, and exclusive mounts and items for all backers. All in all, it’s going to be a pretty feature packed game. Unless of course, something happens before they can deliver. *cough cough* Chronicles of Elyria.
The latest update from the devs is that they’re now working hard on the backend systems in preparation for the Alpha tests. These systems control important aspects of the game including persistent management, in-game chat and mail, and the game’s day/night cycles. There’s also a new trailer for you guys to enjoy.
