World Of Warcraft Classic Adds New Waylaid Supply Rewards In Season Of Discovery

Blizzard made Season of Discovery a little more alt-friendly and better for everyone overall in the experimental server’s latest update. The update introduced new purchasable reputation rewards for the Azeroth Commerce Authority and Durotar Supply and Logistics faction, otherwise known as the Waylaid Supply factions. These rewards include a 16-slot bag and a handful of new -bound accessories.

The accessories come in the form of three Uncommon rings that can be purchased from the faction vendor for roughly 3 gold each at Honored rank, and three Rare neck accessories that can be purchased at Revered rank for just under 6 gold apiece. They aren’t exactly best-in-slot items but they’re -bound with no level requirements which means that your alts will be able to use them until they find something better.

Revered players will also be able to purchase a 16-slot bag for roughly 4 gold but it will be bind on pick-up which means that it can only be used by the character that bought it. Additionally, the Phase 1 Runes that were originally unlocked at Honored rank can now be obtained at Friendly.

The new rewards and changes are all part of Blizzard’s efforts to encourage players to raise their reputation with the Waylaid Supply factions which aren’t getting as much attention as other factions in the game.

The unannounced update also increased the gold reward and XP gains for turning in high-level Waylaid Supplies as well as the number of Waylaid Supply crates that they can have in their inventory at any given time. Players, however, will no longer be able to turn incomplete crates for partial rewards.

If you’ve been bying Waylaid Supplies in your journey through Season of Discovery, you might want to keep an eye out for them as they’re now slightly more rewarding. It’s an undocumented update so no patch notes this time.
