Amazon and developer Smilegate would now like to get the pulse of the community as it sends out surveys to gather more data on the reasons for why players are quitting and individual player experiences related to toxicity within the game, character progression, development direction, how communicative the devs are, and specific game features like professions, raiding, and this year’s anniversary event.

The survey further delves into more pressing issues like the impact of bots and RMT trading in the game over the past month, both of which will likely be a strong candidate for the question of the “single biggest” issue that the developers could address to improve the overall game experience.
