Mortal Online 2 Opens Undercroft Dungeon And Adds New Combat Mechanic
Mortal Online 2 has thrown open the creaky doors to its new Undercroft dungeon in its latest game update alongside a new combat mechanic and a whole host of improvements, tweaks, and fixes.
Surprisingly, the patch notes don’t reveal anything about the new instance except that its located somewhere in the heart of Myrland. However, judging from the dungeon’s name and how MMORPG dungeons are designed, it’s likely an underground chamber with creepy baddies waiting to pounce on curious players who drop by.
The update also introduced the ability to feint while charging an attack, in addition to wholesale changes to Etherworld combat. Other noteworthy changes and improvements include AMD FSR3 upscaling and frame generation , better AI behavior, and another round of fixes for ongoing game freezing and level streaming delay issues. The team promises to continue hammering away at the problem until it’s resolved.
You can dive into the full patch notes on the Mortal Online 2 official site or on Steam, whichever floats your boat.
This new update introduces a brand new dungeon called the Undercroft, for FSR 3 Frame Generation to give all graphics cards a huge FPS boost, a new combat mechanic and balance, and a long list of bug fixes and polish!
