Figureheads Overview

Figureheads is a mech based shooter by the Japanese studio Square Enix. Best know for console RPGs, Square Enix has made a big push into PC gaming with several titles announced including Lord of Vermilion Arena and Gunslinger Stratos Reloaded. Figureheads allows players to control multiple mechs (called 2Foots) in each match, adding a real-time strategy element to the game. The main game mode in Figureheads involves two teams of 5 with victory achieved either by wiping out the enemy team or capturing their main base.

Figureheads Key Features:

• Control Multiple Units - Each player takes control of four 2Foots per match which adds up to a total of 40 mechs in each 5 v 5 round.
• Mech Variety - 2Foots come in three weight classes, each with two classes: Lightweight (Sniper/Engineer), Heavyweight (Assault/), and Heavyweight (Striker/Heavy Assault)
• Mix & Match - Each mech can be customized with a variety of parts. Combined with the multiple weight classes, this means each player's team of 2Foots will be highly customized and unique.
• No IP Restrictions - Despite no official Western release announced, overseas players can still access the game's Japanese servers if they are willing to deal with the foreign text!
